Online Meeting Attendance

This costs £50 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours (to include attendance, write-up & formatting). An additional retainer of £100 is collected, anything not used is refunded. If additional time is required this will be billed by the hour or taken from your retainer.

In-Person Upon Request

This costs £50 per hour (to include attendance, write-up & formatting). Travel costs and expenses incurred as a result of in-person attendance will be included on the final invoice. Four hours minimum along with 50% of any estimated travel costs and 50% of the estimated write-up time is collected in advance alongside an additional £100 retainer. A final bill will be due 7 days after completion of work. Anything not used is refunded.

Audio Transcription Services

This costs £30 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. If we run out of time we will ask you to top up your account before completing the minutes.
