After constantly being asked by clients to recommend a good CRM system that didn't cost the earth, as well as trying to keep our client costs low, we developed The One Stop CRM. This all-in-one sales and marketing platform is where we build your website because it gives us the ability to add all those additional extras including calendars, forms, email marketing, reputation management, funnels and more, at one simple low monthly cost. If you choose not to subscribe monthly, you STILL get these features but we manage everything for you instead. How long will it take to build my website?

Can I have input during the design process?
Absolutely! We encourage this. We'll send you regular updates and book regular calls with you so that you can make changes to your website LIVE during our call.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance and support?
If you choose not to subscribe to our monthly hosting plan of £21 per month, you can instead choose pay-as-you-go support as and when required at £50 per hour. Alternatively, you can purchase our 5 ticket per month support plan at £350 per month to ensure your website is always taken care of, with additions made and optional courses/automation built whenever you like. General troubleshooting support is offered inside the £21 per month hosting subscription.
Are there any other costs I need to understand?
You will need to purchase your domain from a recommended provider such as GoDaddy, we do not provide domain names. This usually costs around £12 per year which you will pay separately to us.
Will SEO ensure I'm found on search engines?
Although we optimise your website using SEO knowledge and tools, it's going to be really hard to rank on search engines unless you add a Google ads or similar budget to your marketing plan. We don't provide ad support but can recommend companies that do.
Why should I choose you over a web developer?
We offer in-expensive website support ideal for small business owners looking for an online brand presence. However, if you need a more extensive, go-to-market website with custom plugins and advanced coding, we recommend using a web developer instead and can recommend one to you.
What support is available for me to manage my website myself?
We'll leave you with a simple training video to remind you how to make changes to your website and you will also gain access to an extensive knowledge base. Included in the monthly hosting subscription only.
